SAP Calculations and EPC’s

When completing your exciting new project, you will be required to demonstrate to Building Control that your new dwelling will satisfy Part L of the Building Regulations.

At Northgate Building Design Ltd, we offer competitive rates to undertake the legal calculations required when building a new dwelling, a conversion, or an extension with 25% glazing to floor area.

Northgate Building Design Ltd, can carry out the required calculations at the “As Design” stage (when the project is in its design phase), offering cost effective solutions where necessary to achieve compliance. Once your project is complete, we can then carry out the “As Built” calculations and lodge the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). Building Control will not sign off new dwellings, without these reports.
